As you look at the Life Puzzle, you’ll see there are 16 core areas, 5 edges that create the SELF. This represents all the areas that you will need to take charge of as you journey throughout your life. Take a few moments to look at these areas and you’ll realize that despite 12-16 years of schooling, you learn very little in-depth information in many of these areas. As a result, you walk into adulthood unaware and uninformed on how best to choose and build your life!

The great news is the Life Puzzle provides the framework for building a whole life. While you can’t work on 16 core areas all at once, it’s important to understand that when you work on anyone area, you impact the whole you are becoming. The opposite is true as well—if you completely ignore one area of your Life Puzzle—it will impact the whole and limit the full potential of your life.

Life Puzzle making takes a lifetime! As much as you’d like to believe that you could get it all finished by, oh, say, age 27…the reality is you can’t! Nor should you even want to because the pieces you’ll put into your Life Puzzle at say, 73 you could not possibly want to stick in at age 27! So, instead of trying to ‘get it all done’, switch to building the whole—moving around the areas of your Life Puzzle, learning new information, slowly but surely adding pieces, growing the whole. You will not finish until the day you die—use all the time you have in this life to fully develop your whole life! As you do, you’ll discover that adding pieces little by little over the course of your life enables you to create a journey that is ever-changing and wonder-filled.
